How you can get involved
The Yes! Group Nottingham is entirely organised & run by the leadership team & other assistants who volunteer their time, expertise & equipment free of charge. Some expenses can be covered, though the more we pay out the less there is in the kitty to contribute with. If you feel you can contribute to the group, here are a few ways to do it, so have a look and let us know how you can help.
Join The Leadership Team
We are still a few hands short, specifically...
- Secretary: The all-important person who checks the emails, and handles admin
- Treasurer: Somebody good with numbers to keep us in the black
- Web Marketeer: Keeping Twitter, FaceBook, LinkedIN, EventBrite, etc fresh.
Become an active member
The group is only as good as our participants. Make sure that you are prepared to take notes, ask questions, contribute to discussions, both at the event and online afterwards. If you have any ideas for the group, such as topics you'd like to hear about or particular speakers you would like Ben to recruit, then contact us with you suggestions.
